Our Process
A typical session consists of meeting with a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) during which time we discuss the individual, their substance use, identify whether a problem exists and how to address it. No blood, hair, or urine is collected. During the meeting the LCDC is looking at whether the individual has a drug and/or alcohol problem and if so, what possible treatment plan we can design together. The LCDC is also looking at whether there are things that can be accomplished in advance of sentencing to positively impact the disposition of the client’s case.
Strategic Sentencing Solutions makes every effort in scheduling to accommodates our client’s busy lives. Weekend appointments, for example, are possible. Meetings usually occur at the attorney’s office and last approximately one and a half to two hours.
